Hubby made it to Okinawa. Some friends were there to meet him when he got off the plane. He is getting himself settled in and got Magic Jack! Yea! We can talk to each other and I can call him! We made it home. Baby girl was pretty good on the flight. I was hoping she would sleep most of the way, but she didn’t fall asleep until the last half hour of our almost four hour flight. She was pretty good though. We had a seat for her (thanks to her Poppa!!!), so she managed to keep herself occupied. He’s gone. I had a meltdown a little over a week ago and spent the whole day crying and upset, but I had been good ever since. Last night when I put baby girl to bed, I bawled. We (hubby, his parents, and baby girl and I) went to San Francisco Sunday and stayed the night. We drove in, it’s about an hour south of his parent’s house, crossed the Golden Gate Bridge, and found our hotel. We stayed at the Marine Memorial Hotel.
